遗传算法在反演概率积分法预计参数时从参数取值范围内的串集开始搜索,并使用弹性策略来维持群体的多样性,使得算法可以跨过局部收敛的障碍,向全局最优解方向进化;但这种概率化的寻优算法存在局部探索能力差、结果不稳定的缺陷,只能获得问题的近似最优解。模矢法是一种降梯度算法,算法局部探索能力强、收敛快;但这种算法对初值选取敏感,初值选择不当易陷入局部极值。本文提出并实现了一种模矢法与遗传算法结合的组合算法:先使用遗传算法求得参数的全局近似最优解,然后将近似最优解作为探索初值,使用模矢法获得参数的稳定、精确最优解。研究结果表明:组合算法反演概率积分法预计参数的精确度高、收敛快、稳定性好,综合性能较遗传算法和模矢法有明显优势。  相似文献

An optimization approach to enhancing the solar thermal decomposition of methane (TDM) reaction process based on the fluid flow pattern reconstruction is proposed. The sum of entropy generations due to TDM reaction and heat convection in the process is shown to tend to its maximum when the performance of the reaction is enhanced, and thus, is used as the criterial to optimize the velocity field of the fluid. This optimization problem is solved by the calculus of variations method. The obtained flow pattern is shown to be able to give the conditions to achieve the optimally enhanced TDM process. As the sum of the entropy generations tends to its extremum, the solution found by the optimization can be known as the thermodynamic limit for the TDM process enhancement. The obtained flow pattern can then be used to inspire the design of internal structures of the solar TDM reactor.  相似文献

以高精度三维地震资料为基础,结合构造演化恢复和区域构造背景,系统研究了准噶尔盆地车排子凸起断裂分布和形成机制。结果表明,车排子凸起发育深部和浅部2套断裂体系,深部断裂体系和浅部断裂体系分别发育3种断裂样式。车排子凸起共经历5个构造演化阶段,其中,晚二叠世挤压-逆冲控制了深部断裂体系的初始形成,晚侏罗世逆冲-走滑控制了深部断裂体系的最终定型,新近纪叠加掀斜、局部伸展控制了浅部断裂体系的形成。不同断裂体系在油气成藏过程中均起到了重要作用。其中:深部断裂体系的红车断裂是重要的油源断裂,低序级断层控制形成了石炭系火山岩优质储集体;浅部断裂体系使得油气向浅部层系运移调整,同时形成了断块圈闭、断鼻圈闭和断层-岩性圈闭等丰富的圈闭类型。  相似文献

Rampant cloned vehicle offenses have caused great damage to transportation management as well as public safety and even the world economy. It necessitates an efficient detection mechanism to identify the vehicles with fake license plates accurately, and further explore the motives through discerning the behaviors of cloned vehicles. The ubiquitous inspection spots that deployed in the city have been collecting moving information of passing vehicles, which opens up a new opportunity for cloned vehicle detection. Existing detection methods cannot detect the cloned vehicle effectively due to that they use the fixed speed threshold. In this paper, we propose a two-phase framework, called CVDF, to detect cloned vehicles and discriminate behavior patterns of vehicles that use the same plate number. In the detection phase, cloned vehicles are identified based on speed thresholds extracted from historical trajectory and behavior abnormality analysis within the local neighborhood. In the behavior analysis phase, consider the traces of vehicles that uses the same license plate will be mixed together, we aim to differentiate the trajectories through matching degreebased clustering and then extract frequent temporal behavior patterns. The experimental results on the real-world data show that CVDF framework has high detection precision and could reveal cloned vehicles’ behavior effectively. Our proposal provides a scientific basis for traffic management authority to solve the crime of cloned vehicle.  相似文献

In most large field of view (FOV) observations, the distortion problem is inevitably and significantly more serious than in small FOV ones. In the circumstances, many traditional star identification approaches are not able to efficiently identify stars any more. In order to deal with this problem, we put forward a star identification method that is less sensitive to distortion. The method first processes stars in the central area of the image, using traditional identification logic, and then applies the region growing strategy to enlarge the identified regions iteratively until the entire image is covered. The performance of the new scheme is analysed in the presence of both simulated data and real data. The results show that the proposed algorithm has the advantage of speed, and the strategy of regional extension can efficiently identify stars in large FOV images compared with other existing algorithms.  相似文献

A series of experiments on a solid feed system was performed to investigate the effects of negative pressure gradient on the gas-solid flow pattern and hydrodynamic characteristics. Based on the non-fluidized gas-solid two phase flow and particulate mechanics in the standpipe, a method for predicting the pressure of the air passing through the recycle chamber and the pressure drop through the loop seal slit in these systems is also presented. The predicted pressure profile along the negative pressure gradient from the proposed model exhibits a good agreement with the experimental data. The experimental data show that the gas flow in the standpipe is always upward in the negative pressure gradients, while the direction of gas cannot be changed by the drag force. The solid flow rate, the materiel bed height in the recycle chamber (Hf), the pressure drop across the slit (△Pg) decrease with an increasing negative pressure gradient. At a given negative pressure gradient, the superficial gas velocity through the recycle chamber of the loop seal does not affect the pressure drop in standpipe. It increases with an increasing negative pressure gradient.  相似文献

高平均效用项集挖掘是当前研究的热点之一。针对高平均效用项集挖掘算法产生大量无意义的候选项集,而导致高内存消耗和运行时间长的问题,提出了dMHAUI算法。首先定义了集成矩阵Q,并提出了4种基于垂直数据库表示的紧凑平均效用上界及3种有效的修剪策略;将高平均效用项集挖掘所需的信息存储于IDUL结构树,利用改进的diffset技术快速计算项集的平均效用和上界;最后通过递归调用搜索函数得到高平均效用项集。与EHAUPM算法和MHAI算法进行仿真比较,结果表明,dMHAUI算法在运行时间、连接比较次数和可扩展性等方面都有较优的性能。  相似文献

The simultaneous flow of gas, oil, and water forms various flow patterns due to the complex interfacial relationships. Three-phase flow patterns are classified as the gas-liquid and liquid-liquid flow patterns. Pressure drop, void fraction, liquid holdup, and phase distribution are important characteristics of the three-phase flow. These characteristics are generally associated with the three-phase flow patterns. Hence, the knowledge about flow patterns can help to predict the overall behavior of the three-phase flow. Studies have been conducted to identify three-phase flow pattern and their characteristics at various superficial velocities of gas, oil, and water. The major purpose of the studies is to gather information about the three-phase co-current flow and use it for improvement of the efficiency of the flow systems. Therefore, the accuracy of the measurement technique is critical. Several types of flow pattern identification and measurement techniques have been developed to improve accuracy and provide high-quality results. In this article, classical and advanced techniques used for the three-phase flow identification and measurement have been reviewed. The survey will help the researchers working in the area of multiphase flow to choose the right technique based on the objectives of the studies.  相似文献

Manufacturing companies not only strive to deliver flawless products but also monitor product failures in the field to identify potential quality issues. When product failures occur, quality engineers must identify the root cause to improve any affected product and process. This root-cause analysis can be supported by feature selection methods that identify relevant product attributes, such as manufacturing dates with an increased number of product failures. In this paper, we present different methods for feature selection and evaluate their ability to identify relevant product attributes in a root-cause analysis. First, we compile a list of feature selection methods. Then, we summarize the properties of product attributes in warranty case data and discuss these properties regarding the challenges they pose for machine learning algorithms. Next, we simulate datasets of warranty cases, which emulate these product properties. Finally, we compare the feature selection methods based on these simulated datasets. In the end, the univariate filter information gain is determined to be a suitable method for a wide range of applications. The comparison based on simulated data provides a more general result than other publications, which only focus on a single use case. Due to the generic nature of the simulated datasets, the results can be applied to various root-cause analysis processes in different quality management applications and provide a guideline for readers who wish to explore machine learning methods for their analysis of quality data.  相似文献

This study aims to examine the practicality of a novel passive heat transport system “thermosyphon heat transport device” (THTD). It is a fluid-filled unit, with both source and sink amalgamated within it. A vertical tube-in-tube design has been incorporated, consisting of heat source, adiabatic height, and sink. To showcase the performance, a transient numerical analysis is performed using ANSYS Fluent, which is compared with the simple closed thermosiphon (SCT) for heat transport capability (1 kW) and different adiabatic heights (0.25, 1, and 1.5 m). Also, the influence of axial conduction is examined. The proposed Therminol VP1-based THTD has better heat transport capability over SCT due to a uniform flow pattern. Although the time response diminishes with adiabatic height, the novelty is justified as the heat gained by THTD (adiabatic height: 1.5 m) is 1.5 times more than SCT. Furthermore, the THTD performance is experimentally analyzed by varying the coolant flow rate (0.01, 0.02, and 0.03 kg/s), heat load (100−600 W), and transport distance (0.25 and 0.75 m), which yielded 80%−90% energy efficiency. As the THTD is crucial for a conceptual solar indoor cooker, the response under transient heating/cooling conditions is also investigated, which depicted 300 s for transient heating and 10−50 s for transient cooling.  相似文献
